Human Empowerment & Leadership Principles
A safety management continuum designed to reduce the possibility of injury during episodes of aggressive behavior.  Using lectures, group discussions, group activities, and skills training, this program will help individuals learn to respond effectively to manage aggressive behavior.

Human Empowerment & Leadership Principles
A program designed to reduce the number of client and staff injuries that may occur from aggressive behavior.  Participants will be trained to train caregivers to use these techniques as a method for dealing with aggression in the workplace.
